Join us in a culinary crusade to update the Hitchner Hall Teaching Kitchen—our students’ learning and research space.
The Hitchner Hall Teaching Kitchen has been in continuous use for over 50 years. It represents a critical part of the training environment for future dietitians, nutritionists, and food scientists at the University of Maine. Research, innovation, and practical hands-on training are vital to the role the Teaching Kitchen plays in our educational program.
Your gift to support a renovated kitchen facility will provide students and faculty with a modern, flexible environment and prepare graduates for today’s industry challenges.

This Maine Day of Giving, whether you're on campus or from afar—ENGAGE. Give where your heart leads and inspire programs and causes at the University of Maine with your generosity.
Donors who give $25 or more will receive a complimentary UMaine-branded Zipper Pull!
